My car was rear ended with significant damage. I took my car to Phelps Body Shop for an initial estimate followed by a total tear down of the rear end per insurance request. Mike Phelps provided very prompt service and stayed in communication with the insurance company and me throughout the process. Not only did he take time to show and explain the damage to my car, he also took time to explain the insurance process to me step by step. Mike was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend him to anyone needing body repair.

After getting t-boned in a parking lot, I needed a replacement door for my car. A co-worker recommended Phelps for a prompt turnaround, fair price and a lot of experience in the auto body field. Mr. Phelps was very professional in explaining the work that was going to be performed and guiding me as I worked with the other driver's insurance company. A week after dropping off my car, it was ready for pickup, looking good as new -- and he did a phenomenal job matching the paint. I couldn't be more pleased.
