I got the gold package for my SUV and a small Yaris. The price was fair and the service was exceptional. These are 9 year old cars and probably didn't look and smell this good coming off the showroom floor. I was highly satisfied. We wanted one car done quickly and Steve got it done on the weekend so we could swap cars and then he delivered the second one to our home. I highly recommend Steve's service.

If you are looking to get your car detailed, Mr. Redd is the guy to do it. He is professional, up-front, and honest. Unlike big company detailers who pump out tons of cars, Mr. Redd actually takes pride in his work and will make sure your vehicle is the best that it can be. I was very impressed with the wonders that he was able to do to my paint. Highly recommend!!

We couldn't be more pleased and extremely happy we found Mr. Redd for the service we needed. Our son had a vehicle accident which left a tremendous amount of blood, mostly on the driver's side, but scattered throughout the interior, as well. In addition, the entire vehicle was covered in dog hair, from front to rear, including under the seats with no cleaning of the interior for well over 2 years. It was trashed! Mr. Redd did not guarantee he could remove all the blood stains or even the pet hair, but would try his very best. I am a person not easily pleased, with high expectations, but accepted what he said. ReddERedds is a real find, and Steve, the owner, is a great guy who delivers what he promises and more. My RAV4, our dog car, had not been well cleaned in the 3 years since I got it. It smelled like a barn even before our dog was explosively sick all over the rear seat. No matter what I did I couldn't get it clean or remove the odor. I was amazed when Steve returned the car to me spotlessly cleaned inside and out, scratches all buffed out, and looking and smelling better than the day I bought it. Steve offers pick up and delivery service, offers a variety of detailing packages, and is an absolute pleasure to work with. Steve's work is flawless.

I have never had my 2006 4Runner detailed. It was a mess inside and outside. Mr. Redd picked up my truck when he said he would, detailed it inside and outside, and returned my truck when he said he would . I feel like I'm driving a new vehicle. He is very professional and his customer service can't be beat. I plan on getting a detail yearly.
