I always ask for Matt Joiner in the service department because I trust him. I have never doubted his advice if something comes up with my car and thankfully he has helped me keep things updated and running well. Whether it’s routine service or time for new tires he gives solid advice. He is professional, friendly and helpful. As a 74 year old widow, I sincerely appreciate his assistance.

Ron Harris, in the service department, went above and beyond to help me with a repair issue with my car. He kept me informed with updates daily, went to bat for me with the warranty company when they were being difficult. In the end, my car was repaired with a reasonable price. So all you single ladies!, I highly recommend letting Ron help you when your car needs to be serviced. He’s honest, reasonable, uses common sense and will go many extra miles to help you get the best repair solution for you and your car!

I had to drop my car off for a service that was going to take at least three hours. Isaiah provided me with a loner car so I wouldn't have to be stranded with nothing to do. I was there longer than I was anticipating because I went ahead and bought a new car and Isaiah even came over where I was waiting just to check on me because he thought something was wrong because I should have left hours before (With my original car). That was thoughtful of him and I had a great experience!

I arrived at 7:45 for unscheduled oil change. I was told that my brake fluid needs to be changed. I agreed. I decided to wait for the vehicle maintenance. After two hours Im still waiting. After 4 hours I get up and ask the front desk lady if my vehicle was ready? She located my paperwork and stated the car had been ready since 10:30. It’s now a little after 12-noon and I had been there waiting for two extra hours without any notification that the vehicle was ready. The lady stated they probably text me. I showed her I never receive any sort of message stating my vehicle was ready nor did anyone take the time to locate me inside the waiting area. I waited a day before leaving a message for a manager to contact me. No contact was made. I called the next day and spoke with Joanna. Sh

Trent did a great job of helping me save money on the service they did on the car. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they returned the car to me with quite a bit of dirt on the floor mat. They obviously did not put down mat protectors. I washed and vacuumed my car the night before I had it serviced. The car was spotless inside and out. That being said, I was very pleased with my dealings with Trent.
