I had a great experience with Chris as my service manager at Phil Long Ford Denver! They helped fix my oil life light and took care of a recall, plus checked on my check engine light. Chris made the whole process easy and stress-free, and even provided me with a loaner vehicle while the work was being done. After dealing with another dealer in town who told me I’d be without my vehicle for a month (even though I pay $800 a month for it!), this experience was a huge relief. The team here was professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road quickly. Highly recommend Chris and the team at Phil Long Ford Denver for anyone who wants great service and honest communication!

Phil Long service department helped my 2024 thanksgiving happen! Wasn't perfect, delays do happen, but Ronald and his tech (didn't catch his name, but sure wish I could reference his name!!!) Saved my thanksgiving trip by repairing my truck right on time. We got lucky that the parts department had the part in stock. Thanks guys!

Appointment made 3months ago. Lied to us for 4 days that they were working on our truck. Called on 4th day to find out they actually hadn’t even looked at it yet. The manager acted as if he couldn’t care less (not the first time we experienced this with him). Do not use this shop. They absolutely waste your time and money! They are clearly editing their reviews. Check Cars for com for actual reviews.
