Mike was incredibly personable, likeable, and just easy-going. I had two choices for a vehicle between Phillips and another larger used car dealership. Even though I preferred the car at the other dealership initially, Mike sold me on customer service and attitude. That makes a huge difference that there's a sense of honesty and reliability when making car purchasing decision. He won a future customer here.

My partner and I purchased a used car from Mike in May of 2025. We had a great experience overall. Mike is upfront, honest and completely transparent. He checked the car over fully knowing what it needed before driving it off the lot. He priced the car at a competitive rate and put the total cost on the vehicle, including all fees! I have never had a more transparent and honest car buying experience!!! This man has so much integrity. We are enjoying our new car and we’re grateful to have found Phillip’s when we did.

You have absolutely no idea how lucky we were to encounter this dealership. We looked at a Honda fit all the way in Whitman mass that was, to be frank, uncared for and junk. Then we found THE EXACT SAME ONE in mint condition well taken care of and a beauty in this dealership. As we explored the location, we meet Mike the owner, Mike was patient caring and very professional. We firmly believe that he is the exact opposite of a used car salesman which is what everyone who drives needs in their life. The transaction was great and we got the needed car and best service possible. The dealership is far but I can assure you that the drive is worth it.
