As a single woman, it is wonderful to have a mechanic who knows what he is doing and doesn't tell you your car needs something if it doesn't. Jonathan is a man of integrity and would not trust my car to anyone else. He is also very patient to explain things and tell me the reasons why he recommends the repairs. He gave me the damaged part back with his report of intentional damage by the dealership and told me to complain. I did and had them pay for repairs. Otherwise I would've lost $2.5K.
