Disgusting scam. Please do not ever bring your car here. My trust for dealerships is completely gone. I brought my car in for a noise, they charged me $179.95 for a diagnostic! Then they tell me it’s going to be $2067.63 (including tax) to fix because I apparently need both of my front hubs and bearings replaced. I ask them to break the costs down for me and they say it’s $884.84 for parts and $1007.72 for labor! On a job the told me would take 4 hours. That’s over $250 an hour for labor!!! So I take my business elsewhere. And you can imagine my surprise when I find a hybrid specific shop in Orlando that does a full diagnostic on my car for free, within my full view. Had an appointment 8 am was there for a simple brake job no other work need , 6 hours later still there and not getting feedback from the associate on why it was taking long had to ask another associate to please check on the status of my vehicle. I think that will be my last time going there for any service for my vehicle. Update : Had to bring my car to a mechanic hearing weird noise , just found out the I lost a screw on my caliper that was not tightened and the other screw was lose.

Extremely disappointed in the service I had done on my 2015 rav4. I have been a customer here since I bought my Corolla from them in 2020. Took my rav4 in for an oil change and I had been noticing a loud humming noise coming from the wheels or tires. Sounded like wheel or hub bearings. Mechanic told me it was the breaks, which I know I needed to get done. So I had them do the breaks and oil change. Still hearing the humming noise on the way home. The next day it sounded like my tire was flat. Sure enough, tire was flat. So much for the multipoint inspection. Found another mechanic who drove the vehicle and quickly found the cause of the humming in my wheels. Needless to say, Phillips Toyota service center has lost my business. I have mixed feelings about the service department. The people who work there are nice and likable. However, my latest service experience was poor. After scheduling an appointment a week in advance, driving to the dealership for over an hour, and then waiting for two hours in the lobby, I was told to come back on a different day because the part I ordered is not available (despite getting a verbal and email confirmations that it will be). I really hope that this was a fluke, since all my regular service appointments went smoothly.
