I've been there for an oil change. That worked out ok. I took my own oil and filter, and they charged $30. Last year, I had a leveling kit put on a 05 Sierra 1500. The man that put it was a Shade Tree mechanic and over tightened the torsion bar keys. I called Phil's and asked if they could evenly ( driver and passenger side ) loosen the keys. They didn't have a clue of what I was talking about and wanted me to bring the truck in. So I did. After 15 minutes of waiting for an older woman looking through a book or catalog for pricing, they told me they couldn't do the work. So I went home and adjusted the keys myself.
