After searching endlessly for a RELIABLE mechanic that was actually interested, WANTED the job and did NOT put us off, mislead us, nor give us the runaround like the others, my husband and I FINALLY found a hidden GEM!!! Our own dealership REFUSED to honor our extended warranty that we now are aware is one of the TOP TIER comprehensive warranties on the market!! Phil was so EAGER, optimistic and WILLING to do whatever necessary to SAVE my engine from catastrophic failure, while others told us to trade our 4 year old vehicle in, instead!! Every other local shop I visited MISDIAGNOSED it, giving us a different opinion, while Phil was the only one that ACCURATELY dignosed it, ACCEPTED our warranty, ORDERED the parts, and had our Jeep REPAIRED and FINISHED overnight!!
