I was driving through the backroads from buffalo to Florida and my heat shield broke fire and was rattling like crazy. I came across this shop and the owner was absolutely amazing. Put my car rite on the lift for me and put a couple self tappers in to put the heat shield back in place. He didn’t even complain that I walked into the shop, I drive tow trucks so I’m used to just walking into the shops and I forget I can’t do that when I’m in a different state. Super cool guy, and I hope he enjoys retirement because it seems like he earned it. Also super clean shop, you can tell he is very proud of all the work he does.

I was in Ridgway on a road trip and punctured a tire on my car 3 hours from home. I called the business and the owner Steve answered and had me in and fixed up within 2 hours of calling him for a reasonable price and was great to do business with and chat with while he fixed my tire 👍🏻

My husband was in PA with my brand new durango & the transmission broke. So I drove his SUV up to him from FL so he had a vehicle while dodge was fixing mine. Then we decided to tow the smaller SUV home. We rented a U-Haul car dolly. The owner of Piccirillo’s was polite & professional. He hooked the dolly up for us & informed us that the newer car dolly’s you can not back up with them with the car on it. because they pivot unlike the older versions. I’m very glad he told us that as my husband knows how to back up trailers & more than likely would have attempted it. (Yes the Chevy is a 2 / front wheel drive)

I have never reviewed or rated a business online however, my experience with Piccerellos was so TERRIBLE, I feel compelled to share. The owner was extremely disrespectful over the phone and in person through my attempts to rent a Uhaul trailer from his location. I have never been treated or spoken to like that in my entire life. He used profanities, raised his voice, became aggressive and threw the contract & pen across the room. He was extremely irritated by the process and the paperwork because I declined insurance he said that I was “wasting his time” and he would have to print a new contract. He claimed I “wanted the trailer for free”. There is absolutely no excuse for his behavior. He ultimately tore up my contract and refused to give me a trailer and threatened to call the police if

I have been dealing with Steve for 15 years or more and never had a negative thing to say about anything he's done for any of my vehicles. Always honest and explains details. Price isn't always the cheapest but it is always fair. I don't go anywhere else.
