Wonderful service, from a friendly man (Alex, maybe?) My elderly aunt's elderly Cadillac has had a slow leak in a tire for months. Sure enough, it had a nail in it. The tire was repaired, the TPMS sensors reset, and we also received a new battery in the tempermental remote. Very grateful to have found this excellent resource. :) :)

I have had a couple very bad experiences with extreme. One of them is I dropped my truck off there for a timing chain replacement. Said it would take a few days for parts to come in and a couple days after to complete the job which was fine with me. Three weeks later I find out they are bringing in Ford mechanics to teach them how and what tensioner to put on. After numerous attempts and outside techs coming in I finally get the call that my truck is done. Very inexperienced. The second experience I've had is we got notified that my girlfriend's car got appraised through them during her divorce process. Mind you, her car has been there once in the past few years which blows my mind they can even appraise something they haven't seen in forever. On top of that, they appraised it 8k off from

Highly recomend! I just had my boyfriend's car and my car up there for an inspection. We almost forgot they were up at the end of the month and were worried we wouldn't get in. They were very good at getting us in on such short notice! They let us drop our cars off overnight and texted me, saying the vehicles were ready to pick up the next day.
