I needed an extensive engine repair (timing chains the engine had to be removed) I knew it would be an expensive and a very detailed job. I wanted a good price, and I wanted it done right. I checked out other shops, and one other shop referred me to a mechanic named Alex at Pichard’s. I’m so glad I picked them. Alex is an excellent mechanic, very professional and detailed. I highly recommend Alex and Pichard’s Automotive!!!

This transmission shop is AMAZING!!!. Its hard to come across good shops with honest and curtious staff, I was having issues with my trans temps and Bernardo spent over an hour of his time on multiple calls with me helping and educating me to help me troubleshoot my issues. I can't say anything but great thing about these guys. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy folks 10/10 experience!!! Thank you Bernardo🙏🙏

There is nothing more stressful that becoming stranded in the middle of nowhere and then finding out that you put a hole on your engine and need an engine replacement. We were lucky enough to be referred to Pichard's Automotive and have Alex as our expert technician. In a very knowledgeable, professional, customer oriented, timely manner, Alex explained the root cause of the problem (engine balancer/piston rod failure), provided an estimate, and had our car repaired as promised, within estimate, and working in perfect condition.
