BEWARE SCAM! Will not honor "warranty" and much like the other customer-does not answer phone or respond to calls or texts. Also told only 65,000 miles, but my engine mechanic disagrees.I"ve had nothing but trouble with it and variable timng will cost as much to fix as I paid for engine. There is no 'customer service team" this is fraudulent and misleading- there is only ''Alex Alex' who refuses to provide real identity. Also, business number is different than before and goes directly to vm. I have filed complaints with attorney general and BBB-the BBB responded almost immediately and reports address reported on website belongs to a different company. Update: TOTAL SCAM. I payed for an engine that I was told had 61k miles but when I received an engine along with VIN number of donor vehicle, which I looked up, it showed it had 128k miles on it. This is not pick n pull business. It’s someone named Alex acting as a parts broker and lying about condition if parts that are not worth asking price. No one else will ever answer a phone at this business phone number simply because it’s a scammer. STAY CLEAR !
