Typical junkyard. They have a pretty good selection. They don’t play around when it comes to shoplifting, they’re very thorough. They check through everyone’s belongings and assume everyone’s trying to steal. I don’t blame them, I don’t believe it’s personal. I’ve noticed over the years it seems like more and more people are pretty dishonest, running little scams and lying, so I get why they staff are the way they are. It’s a junkyard, 😆 so don’t expect them to nurture or coddle people. but on the other hand, that’s pretty much how it is in the real working world and you just have to grow up and get your business taken care of. Bring him a dozen donuts and make their day.😀

PRICES TOO HIGH!!! Just left Picknpull Truman road Kansas City Missouri; be advised look at the price for what your looking for new on EBay before buying used at Picknpull locations; a guy before me $50 for a rear view mirror (he left it)… I took window switches out of my pocket to not steal… $15 each ($15 new on eBay) a gauge cluster $50, for 30 day warranty you pay extra. Self service was never this high. Another option is checking prices of the item you’re intending to purchase, but The item doesn’t come up in their website 🤔odd.

I went up there to look at a dodge truck they had for sale. Walked in the office did the waiver the guy at the counter asked what we were here for and we told him that were here to look at the dodge you have for sale and proceeds to say ok we paid the entree fee he stamped us. As we were getting ready to walk out the door a slightly bold white guy stop us and said that “ you guys cant go out there and look at the truck” and I asked why he said cause it’s Sunday and we don’t let people look at cars for sell and you don’t want that truck it has a blown motor. He didn’t even let us look at the truck to see if we can come back later and buy it another day. There was still people in the yard getting parts from vehicles so i don’t know why we couldn’t go out. We didn’t get our money back at all

prices are a little high, especially when they nickel and dime you for everything. steer clear from the dude that looks like temu jimmy from yellowstone that works there. he seems more concerned his pipe in back is getting cold rather than helping/ providing good customer service

I have had the same experience as honestly most of these people have had lots of times, by many employees there over the years. You would think the owners would read these and do something about it.
