Purchased my first ever RV here. Tracy was fantastic to work with in not only getting us an amazing deal, but walk us through all the questions we had of being a first time RV owner. The RV boot camp was really informative and great for going over and understanding everything on our new rig. Every staff was really friendly and helpful. Didn’t even bother checking out another RV shop. Made the purchase and couldn’t be happier.

Heather provided very detailed photos of the r v I was purchasing. After committing to buying it, she came in on her day off to make sure everything with the sale was perfect. She coordinated with Tony to go through everything on the r v and make sure that everything was perfect. I would highly recommend dealing with Heather.

I would never go back here again. First, they did an inspection before I picked it up to travel across country and I was told everything was good. When I went to pick it up my engine battery was dead but was told they had no issues when brining it out of storage. It died again in the parking lot before I could even leave and had to be replaced. After I got to my destination I found out there was a leak in my roof which I would assume should have been found on the inspection. I punctured a hole in the front above the cab when I got home and took it in and told them I don't care how it looks just make sure its covered and fixed. 1200$ later they made zero attempt to cover anything on the inside and the outside looks like it won't even last through the winter. I highly recommend Pierce RV! We and our five small children had an amazing experience with Heather, our saleswoman, and so many other team members, as we found and bought our fifth wheel RV! They went beyond general customer service to help us! The gal behind the main desk (sadly, I can't remember her name) had a great time talking with and interacting with our kiddos! And they even had a playroom that our kids got super excited about! Not too many places do that anymore!
