Pilgrim Power Sports

I recently bought a 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 650 KRT edition ABS for my first bike from Pilgrim Powersports. Overall the staff were friendly and made the actual buying process easy and smooth. That said, there were a few areas that could have been handled better. I paid for the motorcycle (all of it in cash) before I ever saw it in person or sat on it. The salesman likely wasn't aware of that. When they did show me the bike it, was rushed into the garage area and I wish they had taken more time to go over its features and mechanical highlights. I was excited to learn more about the Ninja 650's unique design, like the slipper clutch and dual throttle bodies, but that didn't happen. The service department has completely failed to meet expectations. I asked for several services to be done to my motorcycle, including fixing my sticking brakes, doing valves, new tires, new chain, and a general tune-up to keep it running. I need my bike, as I don't have a car. I expected this dealership to write down everything I wanted, and get it done within a reasonable time. I call about 3 weeks into service, they had the bike sitting around waiting on parts. I figure they might be close and just finishing up the engine work. 4 more weeks go by, and i finally get to pick it up. rolling my 450 pound Kawasaki around their lot was near impossible because they didn't fix the sticking caliper. they did NOT replace my chain. they did NOT do a carb clean. they did not replace my spark plugs

Plenty of inventory on hand for numerous applications of riding. Prices are fair and the employees seem to be knowledgeable. A gentleman named Tom T at the parts counter was very helpful and welcoming, he made the experience quick and easy.

Would recommend this place to do business with to anybody! Called about a 390 enduro r they had at noon on Friday talked with sean gave me a fair price. No extra fees ! I live 6 hr from them in ny was there at 9 am Saturday bike was ready to go was back on the road by 10 am thanks again paul and Sean my wife loves her new ktm . Nice to deal with guys that have the same passion for bikes as I do ! All be back for more !
