I want to thank Ross at Pilip Ambulances for his honesty and ease of working with him. After keeping an eye on his website, We made an appointment with Ross and drove about 3 and a half hours to check out one of his vehicle''s, on our way down we were notified of a minor issue. We continued our drive for the onsite inspection and test drive. The vehicle drove smoothly, shifted great, and sounded great. Ross gave us the option for the part to be shipped to our address and we could replace it ourselves or have them fix it. We chose to have them fix it. Later that week we were notified that the part came in and drove back out to double check, drove it back 3 and a half hours and had no issue's. We were very pleased with our purchase and with the ease of the transaction.

Fining a reliable company in this industry is almost impossible. We have worked with multiple businesses and suffered a lot, until we partnered with this firm. If you are looking for reliable company, not just a company, but also trust worthy experts, you can trust these guys. I finely found one company that I can trust with everything, from purchasing a reliable vehicle, repair, consultation and honestly an expert in the service industry. They would know exactly what you need and would never sell you something that you won’t benefit from. They are also very patient, knowledgeable , friendly and helpful. Have purchased 3 trucks from Pilip Ambulance. Was in the process of purchasing a 4th after the heartache on the last truck. This truck was taken to Ford for an inspection and found to have multiple issues. Ross, very likable guy) was contacted and asked if he was going to repair the issues prior to accepting the vehicle. Ross denied repairing unless he increased the price. I tell all of you this to beware. Trucks are purchased cheap and sold for top dollar. Truck three that was purchased from him was purchased from an agency for 30kish and sold for 60kish with minimal leakage as this 4th truck had. After 15k in repair we have stopped the leakage. Ross Pilip set up an appointment with my office to come see a vehicle. We were given a time and date. Drove 4.5 hrs and arrived at the time he set up. Imagine our surprise when he tells us he took a deposit the night before. Be careful. Not trustworthy we had purchase order in hand refused to fix HIS mistake. Buyer beware

Before purchasing an ambulance for our Search and Recovery team, I researched companies from New Jersey all the way down to Florida. After making a few calls to friends in the EMS services. Pilip was found to have a good reputation. I had nothing but a good experience with not only the owner, but the very knowledgeable mechanic. After picking up the bus I traveled 9 hrs straight to get home and had no problems out of a 20 yr old bus. Great job Pilip. Thanks again!
