Pine State Garage

Just moving to the area one is nervous about replacing your favorite garage. Pine State is top notch. They communicate thoroughly and the customer service was great. They asked lots of questions and were very detailed in explaining the issues with my car. They were honest and straightforward and receiving a print out with everything they did with helpful comments was great. The women on the phone and in the office was fabulous. I will definitely be using Pine State for my service going forward,

The folks at Pine State Garage were outstanding to deal with! They took my vehicle right in and got new tires ordered and put on in a single day! Beverly was excellent to deal with and everyone was extremely friendly. Sure, I could have saved a few bucks going to a big box store, but I never would gotten the same outstanding service! Everything was explained and the final printed report was very in depth. I highly recommend them!

They were extremely easy to work with to get a last minute inspection sticker appointment for a new car that did not have an inspection sticker. I was impressed with the detail and explanations provided with what was checked and why everything was good.
