We were just an hour into a five hour drive for our vacation and a bunch of sensor lights came on so we got off at the next exit and were lucky to find this wonderful auto service place. The immediate and understanding attention we received was amazing! Our car was checked out and it turned out to be nothing but debris triggering the sensors. The explanation we were given was very clear and it gave us the piece of mind that we could continue on our trip. It was obvious why there were so many customer service awards on the wall of the office.

David always takes care of us, it's great having a trustworthy mechanic keeping our family's vehicles safe. We've been returning to precision for years now and they've been fantastic about transparency and timing. I highly recommend this shop.

I asked them to wait so I could get other estimates. He told me to “knock myself out”The next day he called and told us what we owed him. When I said I asked them to wait…he told me he fixed what we brought it in for not the inspection items. We were way over charged. The prices I got from two very well known and highly rated businesses came in $1,500 less. Very rude.
