Consider going elsewhere if you have anything they need to diagnose. 2 times I took a truck in for diagnosis and repair and both times I left with the issue not repaired, a very large bill, and they "repairs" made were incorrect and cost even more damage. Great for oil changes, that's about it.

Brandon over in the service department has been such a phenomenal help to us! We have been taking the truck to him for a bit now and he has not faltered once in going above and beyond for us each time. The communication he provides brings peace of mind in my busy life and he takes the time to make sure everything is understood before proceeding. We haven’t had a single issue with him or Pinkerton since we began taking the truck to him and we will be continuing our business relationship in the future!

Brandon Dewitt at Pinkerton’s service department was exceptional throughout the entirety of my transmission repairs. Very responsive and transparent about the status of my repairs. The customer service team was also great with providing shuttles and answering questions. Great team to work with.
