Lindley Towing provided one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I do not believe my car should have been towed in the first place. I had previously spoken with police and was told it was okay to keep the vehicle in my driveway temporarily while I arranged inspection and registration. I was scheduled to take the car for inspection the same day it was towed. It was parked directly in front of my own driveway, blocking only my own vehicles. When I called the woman working there repeatedly tried to discourage me from retrieving it, warning multiple times that it was “not good to drive without registration,” despite the fact that I was already en route and the drive is only a few minutes. I visited the shop to have some body repair work and I had an amazing experience with. Raffi and his team were friendly, polite, and very helpful. Brakes were making noise. Called Monday to see when they could take a look. Dropped off Monday night and brakes were fixed Tuesday. Friendly and helpful on the phone throughout the process.
