After reading the reviews and considering the proximity to my office, I decided to give Pitcock Automotive a try. I was hoping they could help with my failing A/C. However, the person at the counter seemed tired and disinterested and informed me that they couldn't even look at my car for at least a week. There was no offer to make an appointment—pretty much just a “go away now” attitude. Oh well, it was worth a try.

I hadn't been to this business for auto repair since I moved out of Richardson years ago! Thankfully I remembered them and took my car in today. I can't tell you what a positive experience this was. This is a family-owned business since 1961 and I was treated with respect and dignity by both brothers, Bobby and Steve. I would definitely recommend this place because they are trustworthy, respectful and kind and did an awesome job on my car. The customer service was awesome and the price was exactly what they quoted me over the phone. No variation!

As a business owner with one work van, you need it to be making money at all times. Our van began running badly and luckily, this shop was close to our shop. Steve is honest does great work. Yes, the job was more than I wanted to spend, but it was fair. What really stood out was the time it took to get us back on the road, very quick. Steve also followed up a few days later just to see how the van was running. No problems. Great shop with honest people.
