First off, I would like to thank George and Mike for making me feel welcome the moment I walked in and for being completely transparent with me. As someone who knows cars, I really appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me on anything. They knew exactly what needed to be done and just did it. I used to rely on the dealership for my wife's BMW while it was under warranty, but now that I've found Pitlane, I'm never looking back. It is far more convenient and without the unnecessary dealer upcharges. It is just straightforward, high quality service. George was awesome! I was having some issues with my Audi S4 that some other shops couldn’t figure it out, and from the moment I got there George made me feel like family. He fixed it right up, was extremely open, honest and clean. 100% recommend this place if youre in Mesa, it’s even worth the drive if you’re not!

Great to know there are honest mechanics out there. Went in thinking I had a major issue with my car and thinking it would cost an arm and a leg but Mike and George were very honest and assured me that it wasn't anything major.
