Very helpful, changed my oil and battery. However Carter had an attitude and was very short, unpleasant, and unprofessional. Had a good experience with Kaden, where he was patient and positive which is the only reason why I will be considering this shop again.

Don't go to these dishonest mechanics. They saw us quickly, but everything else was shoddy. The diagnostic report was incomplete, and given to us with missing information. They added needless service, and also were charging several hundreds more for basic service than their competitors. I would advise avoiding this shop.

The Pitstop team did an incredible job. Brian took care of all my upfront questions. My mechanic knocked it out of the park installing my replacement Air Lift rear suspension on BiGORNG. Not an easy task with some of the original hardware still installed. Pricing is spot on competitive. The team is very knowledgeable. Going back next week with another mechanical issue.
