I had the BEST car wash, vacuum & cleaning experience ever! My truck looks amazing thanks to Isaac. He was really helpful & thorough. I recommend coming here for the full experience. I know i will be back!

If I could give zero stars, I would. They had a malfunction in the machine which caused a dent on my roof. I went through their claim process and got immediate rejection. Go here if you want your car damaged and it be on your dime to fix it. The owner posted below my comment stating I could reach out to discuss further. They did nothing but infuriate me by further responding four days later, stating the same thing, that I could claim it on my own personal insurance. Highly suggest no one visit this establishment.

Ollie's is awesome! Allen, the manager, stays on top of things. Have an issue? He's your man. Membership is well worth it! 👌 You won't be disappointed. Thanks again, Allen, for all you do! 💯✔️ Update, Pitstop car wash is the only place to have your car babied. Manager is top notch and all employees are friggin awesome! They make sure your needs are taken care of and all equipment is in working order. If you do have an issue, with anything, just ask and they'll jump on it. I highly recommend PitStop. 👌

Phenomenal customer service and wash!! Came in with a coupon code for a free wash to try out their carwash, and completely misread the note saying that it was for the next wash. The manager, without me even asking, said to override it and wanted me to have a good first experience. Great customer service goes a long way, and I can promise that I will be back!!

Hey, I’ve been a customer since this location was still named Ollie’s when Brady owned the locations. I’ve always had the top package. In recent months, I’ve had several conversations with the manager at the Denham Springs location because the wall of foam and tire shine haven’t been working. Also, a few of the pressure washers have been clogged and not functioning properly. As a former manager at Ollie’s, it does not take much effort to fix this. People are paying for products that they are not receiving. Today was my last day as a customer as I have cancelled mine and my wife’s membership. I hope you guys can get this fixed.
