Pitt Auto Electric Co

Very disappointed with service from Pitt auto. Ordered parts from them through Amazon. After 3 weeks of waiting we inquired about the order and they promised it with the next 5 days. We then get notified from them that the order is lost and they automatically refunded our money. We could reorder but the cost of the parts went up by nearly 10%. Do not recommend dealing with this company.

Good Customer Service is defined by 1) shipping the right products and 2) delivering in a timely fashion.. GREAT Customer Service is responding promptly and resolving issues relative 1 and 2 above. On a recent Amazon order, PITT Auto Electric demonstrated Amazing (Above Great!) customer service in rectifying a small problem I had with my order.. promptly responding and rectifying w/o question

1 star is generous. Never received my product. It has now cost me business and provided me with negative reviews. I can't even get a refund. Worst business I've ever ordered from.

These guys are old fashion, they really know how to take care of there customers. I would due business with them again, no problem. They really took care of me. 5 stars. Thx. JOE. SAGMILLER.
