I won a free oil change from The Marine Toys for Tots Biker Sunday which I have been going to for years. It was even just their 25th annual!! I have never had any problems with door prizes I won from this event until now. These people at Pit Stop actually acted like they have never seen my card before and acted like I forged it or something!!! Treating me like a criminal and then make me leave when I get upset!!! This was the absolute worst experience I have had with an oil change place! Especially with a free oil change that they may have been able to get a new customer from. Very sad. Maybe the one on Grand would have honored my card??? I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Chris and Paul are amazing at what they do. Whether it be just an easy inspection or an oil change, etc they have got you covered. I went in for an oil change and they checked and topped off my cars fluids at no extra cost to me!!!This is the only place in town that I trust with my cars. Thanks for always providing exceptional service!

I love this shop. As a small-build woman, I always look for places that treat me like I am important, with respect, taking my words seriously. Most mechanic shops down-play my requests and minimize my presence. Not this place. If you are a student living alone, I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. They will not over-charge you and will talk to you nicely. Long live the pit stop!

I want to first start by saying I’m not the type to post reviews to bash any business, however I’m not the type to allow anyone to mistreat people especially my people even if it was a random person from the street we all deserve some level of kindness. My mom went to get a routine inspection done earlier today at the pit stop located on 1603 s Grand St one of the employees (older white gentleman) made it a unpleasant experience not only once but, twice the first time was brushed off as ”maybe he is having a bad day” then it happened again there is a point in our life’s as adults that there is absolutely no excuse it’s our job to keep our composure. Especially, while representing a business we as customers have an expectation of courteous and professional services he fell far short of that
