Absolutely best service and kindest people. My husband and I are traveling down the coast and started having van issues, we called when they opened and were back on the road less than 4 hours later. A cracked spark plug almost derailed the adventure, but Paul and his team made time for us and provided a thorough inspection report with photos and a clear breakdown of what the issue ended up being. The price was better than we hoped, and they even offer a cash discount. If we didn’t live 5 hours away this would absolutely be the shop we use going forward. Thank you so much PJM 💚

This shop is terrific! They did an amazing job and my car was ready before they said it would be. The truly wonderful part was that it cost less than what they had quoted me. I will definitely use them again. They replaced my alternator and battery and gave me a heads up about future repairs on the horizon.

I had the water pump fixed on my vehicle at PJM automotive on New Year’s Eve. I was on vacation and was also out of state, so I was very appreciative when the guys there agreed to take me on after initially telling me no. For that I am grateful. What I was not pleased about was the bill I received for the repair. I left a very honest review initially about how I felt about my bill and the owner did reach out to me. As such I have updated this review. He made a very concerted effort and we were able to come to an agreement. I have to respect his desire to want to leave his customers feeling good not only about the service that they received but the price they paid. It sounds like a step was missed during my process. Had my check engine light come on and was close by PJM and Paul investigated issue and determined oil needed changing, took care of right away and solved issue. Always great service and courteous techs. Best service around.
