Scam company. They participate in those rebate type of deals, but after the service is done they ghost you or promise to send it but never do. Hopefully the quality of their work isn’t as pitiful as their honesty.

Promised a pgw windshield and installed a cheaper quality one without discussing. Then proceeds to rip the headliner and refuses to take responsibility. Now they avoid phone calls, you can’t leave a message because the box is full. Then no response to text messages. Avoid at all costs. They are just brokers, sub contract work out to incompetent people. Then “the boss” Jordan will avoid you and refuse to follow through with what he said he would do.

Their management style requires customers to contact multiple staff: online dispatch, salesman, the office and the installer, too much trouble and lack of communication compared with traditional local businesses. The installer Robert was polite and did a good job, through. I am still waiting for my rebate and will update the review.

Got my windshield replacement in Gilbert. Insurance process was easy and I got $100 cash back. Would recommend if you need a chip repair or windshield replacement. They come to you, mine was done while I was at work. Jordan is very helpful and knowledgeable about windshield replacement services in Arizona as well as OEM glass and pricing

This company rocks!! Jordan had me come in the day after I called and the tech had my chip smoothed out and repaired in 5 minutes!! Awesome staff and very professional!! Highly recommend this company.
