PK MOTOR CARS

My mom and I purchased a 2006 Volkswagen from PK Motors 2 years ago, and I have had nothing but problems with the car since. A couple months after purchasing the car I was on the highway when the ABS light came on and the vehicle stopped accelerating, almost causing an accident. After pulling over, the car would no longer move and I had to be towed. When I got this problem repaired, the mechanic told me that there appeared to be holes poked into the malfunctioning part (I cannot remember the name of the part). In the past year I have gotten the solenoid and thermostat replaced at a different mechanic who specializes in foreign vehicles. I was informed that the solenoid was broken and glued in place, and there was a hose that had been glued to the thermostat and had to be broken off so the

God awful, don't go anywhere near. Car seemed reliable and then literally a week later it won't start. Being told I need a battery replacement after the guy Franck said there were no issues with the car. Also, generally unprofessional and rude. Don't go there or deal with that guy unless you wanna be lied to and robbed.

I made another review but i had to make another with an update. The dealer Franck told me there was nothing wrong with the car (2000 toyota camry) and then a week later the engine wouldn't start. He then said it needed a battery replacement. Ok. The car started working again without me having to do anything but I got a battery replacement this morning anyways since he said it needed it. Things seemed fine for a few hours until the check engine light came on and my car broke down. Now i'm stranded and have to get my car towed. Once again has only been a week since i purchased the car and he overcharged me. DO NOT GO.

Horrible dealer, this was the worse car buying experience I have ever had because of it I would never return to any used car dealership, I wouldn't even return here when there's a issue with the vehicle I have purchased from them and god knows there are issues with this vehicle. When I returned a couple days after the purchase with a few complaints about the vehicle I was told "it's normal wear" I was told "We don't see or feel what your talking about" when there was clearly a issue. Needles to say once you take the car off their lot your on your own! Buyer Beware and Be Cautious go to a reputable dealer and do your homework! If i could give a negative star I would give 6 Negative stars

I just left PK Motor Cars after getting some repair work done on my car and I was very pleased. They have a great team, very professional. I will most definitely go back to them if need be.
