Sal and owner Peter are true professionals who take excellent care of their customers. I have been having my cars serviced there for over 25yrs. I trust them always to do a good job and at a fair price.

Over priced. I have never seen mechanic charges for inspection fee when we take services from them. 20% above the Long Island average market rate. The front desk gentleman is weird. He behaves like he understands everything in the world. He would stop you when you talk but when you start to talk he will interrupt. I think he is suffering from something. I definitely knew it and approved it. That’s not something I meant by saying “overpriced”. All I said that - your service is 20% pricy than the market. I believe it’s not irrelevant to express customers opinion just because they got the services from you. Second

The service and extra effort put in by the men at Plandome Service Center is exceptional. They go out of the way to ensure that the work is complete and timely. When we recently needed emergency service to avoid missing a family event, they worked overtime to fit in our repair. They truly provide a level of professionalism tied with family business comfort rarely found these days. This is the service center to trust in the Manhasset area.
