After purchasing my car, I ended up running into some unexpected repair costs. Since the cars are sold “as-is,” I honestly wasn’t sure if the dealership would be able to do anything for me. But when I reached out, they didn’t brush me off or just remind me of the contract. Instead, they actually took the time to listen and go over everything I had documented, including the receipts I sent them. Jim worked with me and went and spoke directly with the owner about my situation, and to my surprise, the owner wanted to step in and help out. Even though they had no legal obligation to cover any of the expenses, they still offered to help with the costs of the repairs. That gesture really showed me that they aren’t like a lot of dealerships that just move on once the car is sold. They care about

I stopped by Planet Auto Sales in Orem to take a few photos of a McLaren 720S they had out front. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave me permission without hesitation, even though I wasn’t there to buy anything. The owner was especially kind and went out of his way to start the car so I could get better shots. It was a genuinely great experience, and I was impressed by how welcoming and accommodating everyone was. Excellent service and a great atmosphere — I’d definitely recommend them based on how well they treated someone who wasn’t even a customer.

They are going above and beyond to get me into a very well kept vehicle. I'd rater not say the make and model as to not having everyone from trying to steal it from me. The sales team is phenomenal. If you're looking for a car, I recommend using Planet Auto, OR Prestman's Auto. I got an amazing deal at Prestman's Auto. I'm just seeing if Planet can match them, preferably beat Prestman's Auto, but I doubt they can beat Prestman's Auto. Their Slogan says it all. "I practically Stole it", and Prestman's Auto lives up to that slogan. I feel like I stole the Audi I got frome them. If you go to Prestman's Auto, ask for Shane and Hailee, and tell them Sean sent you. I still think that Planet Auto is on that level of car dealerships.

Today was our second time buying a car from Matt at Planet Auto because we are so happy with the vehicle we bought the first time around. This time we were looking for a car for our 16 year old. Matt showed us a variety of cars that fit into our budget and helped us find the perfect car for our son.
