We had three major concerns when following a friend's advice and approaching Platinum Auto Body in Sterling Virginia for repairs. In a heavy rainstorm a tree had fallen in our path and the car hit the top limbs and branches on the passenger side front at 35 mph. Most importantly, Platinum's estimate for out of pocket costs was much lower than expected, and the final bill was per that estimate with no last minute surprises. Secondly, we expected that the job would take about 2 weeks. Wrong. How about 4 days ! Finally, the quality of the work was excellent - no visible signs of any damage. Both the owner and the driver of the car was delighted. We highly recommend Platinum - very, very professional and high quality. We also highly recommend Google maps. The location is not overwhelmed

I got sent here by my insurance after a deer accident. Simple process to drop off the car. The evaluation took a while to get sent to me. I was initially quoted 2 weeks, with sporadic automated updates that it on schedule, however the day before scheduled pickup it was extended a week. I called them, glen said that he had meant to call, as their supplier sent them used parts. I'm not sure how the auto body industry works, but I'm sure that they should have ordered new parts, so that was odd. Again, it was delayed, and I had to call them to see why. And, again, they had received the wrong parts, but he was sure they'd come in that night & I could pickup the next day. I waited for my call, but it never came, so I called the following week, and was told one more day should suffice. Two weeks

Platinum did a great job of replacing the cracked front bumper, driver's side headlight, and driver's side wheel panel of my car. Though the parts were delayed a few days, they kept me informed and were easy to deal with.
