After being put through the wringer at deceptive new car dealerships in Bellingham, I never thought that a car buying experience could be so positive, painless, and honest. I couldn't be more happy with the solid, 2006 Land Cruiser that I purchased from Chris. He told me everything about the vehicle right up front, and it was confirmed by my mechanic. No surprises at all. Chris was incredibly helpful and transparent and clearly values his neighbors. He insisted on buffing and polishing the headlights before I left, and then got out the wax and started on the side so it would be all shiny. It was 85 degrees in the parking lot and he's out there making it as beautiful as possible, after he filled it with gas first. If I could give 6 stars, I would. I was in the market for over a year looking for a Jeep Wrangler and had dealt with dozens of typical car salesmen and the poor customer service that comes as a result. Working with Chris was like a breath of fresh air and I was honestly blown away at how quick and clear he was when answering my many questions. Once we began real negotiations on the vehicle the process became even easier (if you can believe it). Chris helped make a dream of mine come true, and you can be that I'll be calling him first the next time I'm shopping for any vehicle. Thank you!!

I come in for a brake line replacement. They tell me my brakes and calipers are bad. Can only afford brakes and one caliper. A month later my tire almost comes off when I'm driving. They never torqued my tires down.
