Platinum Auto is the place to get work done on your car! I’m new to the area and my Ford Escape was overheating, so we towed it here on a weekend because of the reviews. Kendrick called me the following Monday and explained what the issue was with my car, which was that it needed a new engine because of a coolant leak issue, in great detail and was super sympathetic and kind about it since the cost was so steep. He gave me options and didn’t pressure me into anything. When we decided we would scrap the car because of the cost of a new engine, he didn’t charge us for the diagnosis or anything else, which I was really thankful for. I will definitely be returning to this place!
