Precision Auto Glass - Ogden

My wife’s 2017 Subaru needed a new windshield. I called my insurance company to see if I had put glass coverage on this car. Thankfully I did remember to do that! I decided to go with Precision Glass of Ogden. I chose this shop because so many people had told me about this shop and they all said nothing but good stuff about them! Then since I use the Google App that’s on my phone I chose to see if they said something about this shop. Everything I saw was 5 star!! That’s why I chose Precision!! Jordynn and Hailey are the best!

Chalissa and Trevin? They deserve raises. They saved my road trip. Theyre the best. They managed a rush on top of an appointment and had great time management. Excellent customer service, regardless of how many people were there.

Precision was recommended by my mechanic and then again from my insurance agent. After working with them I can see why. From the calls with their very helpful office staff, to the on time, at home professional installation. It was 5 star all the way. Hayden was the tech they sent out, he was very courteous to visit with and did an excellent job on the installation. Definitely who I’m using from now on!!

From their cheerful answering of their phones, to customer service individuals, to my installer, Precision Glass is excellent They actually deserve a 10 star rating. Thank you Hayden for being so prompt, fast but quality work, helpful and all around nice young man. I recommend this company to everyone

Service was excellent. Got a windshield installed with no issues. Did not try to upsell me on products. Straightforward and very reasonable. More importantly, was able to get it done $200 cheaper than another local competitor. Will be going here from now on!
