What can I say, this dealer has made the process so simple and Freddy was fantastic from start to finish. What started as searching for a BMW 645ci nationwide, ended on Platinum Auto World's website. I live 500+ miles away in Vermont, and relied on Freddy for additional pictures, and videos. After we agreed on a price, and wired funds, Freddy still continued to work with me and my shipper with additional pictures and information. Communication was top notch, transaction was simplified, and in two days I took delivery of my BMW here in Vermont! Condition was as expected and explained (it is a 20 year old BMW after all). I was purchased recently a cargo van 2019 Ram Promaster but,I have yo return to the dealer,that transmission is not good the reverse not working properly and have a catalytic converter bad. I make it decision to returning to the dealership platinum auto word they don't does maintenance for used cars. I purchased with 138k miles ,never replaced transmission fluid .. I'm loosing my $1000 down payment and $300 DMV fees plus 2 months insurance 🙃 and other $1000 buks. If someone are interested in purchasing this van VIN # 3C6TRVAG4KE530758 I don't recommended you will losse your time and money. Don't recommend this dealership they aren't responsible to resale used vehicles

Highly recommend. Awesome experience. Quick, easy & the fastest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Looked all over for this motorcycle and had to drive hours from another state to get it. Well with the trip. You can tell when you shop local that they care about their service and their customer's satisfaction.
