I had a brake light out this morning and wanted a fast, affordable repair. I called Platinum, no long phone wait for live help, and was quickly and professionally serviced. The employees and manager were all kind and knowledgeable. The manager even did a check on why my service engine light was on without charging me (I paid $100 for the same service at another site)! That’s genuine concern for the customer! Highly recommend!!!

Very thankful for this place. Marty went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of, and he did it in a timely manner. I couldn't recommend Platinum Automotive enough especially if you're looking for a new mechanic.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Platinum Automotive , where I worked directly with Marty. He was exceptionally courteous, highly professional. He made me a promise at the beginning and was true to his word! I would highly recommend Platinum Automotive to anyone in need of collision repair or any auto body services.

After being pretty firm on using the dealership for most major services, and usually being without a vehicle for a few weeks, I brought my truck to Platinum automotive to have the torque converter and rear main seal replaced. Marty was amazing to deal with, all information was upfront and honest. I dropped my truck off on Monday and had it back on Tuesday! He showed video of the work being done so there is no doubt that it had been done. Plus the price was nearly $500 less than quotes i received from other local repair shops. This will now be my go-to auto repair. Thank you Marty and your crew!
