Platinum Car Wash & Detail

10/10 recommend! They are under new ownership so if you have been before or have never been definitely get your car detailed here. My poor car has been through it and I just moved across country. They were so nice and accommodating, getting us in an explaining each package. They did a little extra and it is greatly appreciated. They went above and beyond. This is officially the spot I will be getting my car cleaned here in Fort Myers! You all are killing it!

Great inside detail with Shampoo, every crevice was clean! They were very nice and professional. Price was great too! Will definitely bring the rest of my vehicles here!

Been coming here forthe last 4 years they do a great job . They wipe door jams and treat your tires . The car sparkles when you drive out. Friendly service also. Nelson will definitely take care of you. Also, when you’re waiting, they have some pretty cool gift cards to look at and purchase.

I had a very horrible experience. I have been coming here for years. The manager has horrible customer service skills and shouldn’t be working with people if someone complains you make the customer happy specially when it’s a loyal customer. Once in a while there vacuuming is horrible. I always say I will pay more for my cup holders to be wiped out. The Manager told me not to worry about it. I was very nice and asked could he vaccum again certain parts of the inside of my car and the cup holders weren’t wiped out. The manager was very rude and said we will do it this time but you can’t come back here anymore. So your telling me because you guys didn’t vacuum good or wipe out my cup holders your refusing me service next time. I don’t recommend this car wash at all after years of coming her

This place is fabulous!! I needed the inside done, with seats shampooed. They did such a great job, worth every penny. On top of that, Jan they had a deal where if you bought a gift card they put an extra $20 on it so win win!
