Platinum Hand Car Wash

Last time I’m coming here. I’ve tried this place several times, and I always have to chase them down to go over unwashed soap scum, dirt, and other neglect. For $33 plus tax and tip, this is ridiculous. It’s my own fault at this point, because I should know that I need to inspect the car for at least 5-10 mins before leaving. The one side just looked so good, and the car behind me was ready to be pulled out, so I left without triple checking, and I wish I didn’t give them the benefit of the doubt. If you want to pay premium prices for a car wash that could be done better by a 12 year old with a garden hose, bucket, and sponge, and feel like chasing them down to finish the job, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere.

I don’t know where to begin!! this business lack of workers and the work they offer to customers. Usually the saying you get what you pay for! But here it’s the opposite. You don’t get what you PAY FOR!! Owner needs to invest better equipment and better service being offered for customers who pay to get their car washed. To do it properly and not cut corners. Interior was never touched, wheels were NEVER TOUCHED!! just sprayed armorall. This is not acceptable. Do yourself a favor and SAVE your hard earned cash. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT VISIT THIS CAR WASH!! They hardly vacuum, wash or for good sakes have enough soap & foam to spray on. Even choosing PLATINUM ( most expensive option $37 ). Used to be better. Does not matter what package you get, the car comes back incomplete, without a full vacuum and wipe down in the car. And why wouldn’t a car seat be vacuumed? They don’t even attempt to make it look clean. I will be going elsewhere moving forward.

Great exterior wash. Windows very clean inside no streaking. However the mats were left a little dirty

I've been here twice for interior and exterior washes. Price is fair. The first time was good. Today was not great. My mother and I took both of our cars for the Gold wash, and neither of our cars was vacuumed.
