Kaden Greenwood did an excellent job from start to finish. He showed up on time, explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense, and worked efficiently without rushing. He was respectful of my home, kept everything clean, and made sure the issue was fully resolved before he left. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. Was told they couldn't rotate the tires because of the tread depth. They had been trying to get me to buy new tires for the past 10,000 miles. If a business offers a service and I'm willing to pay for it then it should be done. What they accomplished was losing a customer not selling me a set of tires.

Spoke to Billy this morning for info on a rear differential. He was very kind, very professional, and extremely helpful.
