Scott was hands down the best to work with when we have had cars damaged. From the day it happened he went above and beyond, had us a rental car ready to go when we arrived not even 12 hours later not to mention was already working with the insurance companies. Needed car repaired after another car hit it they did well communicating with me and the other drivers insurance company, they did well with the repairs and also said if something was wrong that comes up later they would fix it right away. One thing they did above and beyond was I had a damaged speaker and they went ahead and got a new one and put it in for me free of charge to me and insurance company as a customer service recommend for sure and on top of that they washed the car and gave it back looking better than it did when it got dropped off

Update: Platinum did an amazing job on my vehicle. I'm very happy with the outcome. Scott and his team are so great to work with. So far, staff has been absolutely amazing to work with. They haven't started on my vehicle yet as I just dropped it off this morning, but they have already gone above and beyond. I can't wait to see the finished work.
