This guy is a liar all he does is lie. He takes peoples money then comes up with a million different excuses. He has owed my wife 1500 dollars for a deposit on a vehicle he claimed needex a fuel pump and key wife went to look at it and truck was junk. Didnt even have seats inside. He has been telling her for 2 years he will refund her he is just waiting on a check to clear. Now he is saying she has to pick out a vehicle when was told multiple times he was going to send her the money back. Just another shiesty wannabe buisness person taking advantage of people just look at the ratings and reviews 🙄. Legal action has been taken for theft by deception and operating as a dealer with no license.

This car place was hell for me, I seen the same comment from another customer that made me post my review. This car shop had me bring my car to them to a location in Cartersville, they told me it will be fixed in one day, later on that day I found out the his brother was joy riding in my car, because I had place AirTag in it because I had a funny feeling giving it to them. My car warranty paid for it to be fixed and while my car was suppose to be at the shop, it wasn't. When I got there to pick my car up, he was doing something else to my car outside of my car warranty and I told him I didn't ask him to do that. Man I spoke with "D" and he was very helpful and informative, he didn't try to upsell me a part i didn't need he walked me thru what I need to check and he told me the part I NEEDED. Man I like people like that honest with integrity. Can't find that anywhere. I would give a better rating if I could. 💯

This place is scamming people! When I first called and asked if they had the part I needed. The guy said he’s he does. And tried to insist that I have to “cash app” him up front a deposit if $100 bucks before coming up there or them pulling the part! I told him I only had cash. I got a ride there and the gate was closed. He quit answering the phone all together. I waited for about 30 mins and still no answer. So BEWARE PLATINUM PULL A PART ARE SCAMMERS! Not only that there parts are not under warranty. You will be lucky if you can even get the part let alone it working! SCAM.SCAM SCAM

This place is so unprofessional they refused to give me my car back in will give me the address to where they located. I have made a full payment for them to put an engine, my car this job supposedly only took two days I’ve been asking them since the 21st. To bring me my car back. The owner refused to bring me my car. He tells me he’s bringing it, but never showed up.
