Extremely friendly crew. Brought two vehicles in n today…. First for a tire rotation and the had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Second, my wife’s care needed new tire sensors, tire rotation & oil change…. All done in just over an hour. Excellent service…. Kept me posted throughout. Manager Bob Harvey took time to answer all my questions and informed me of all the services you now have available. Great job team!!!!

Had an appointment on 11/4 at plaza tire for a tire balance and front end alignment on my truck. When removing the lug nuts from one of the front wheels, one of the security lugnuts broke in half. I was in the lobby waiting so I didn’t watch any of this happen. When the manager came to let me know that this happened,he tried blaming everyone that ever worked on my truck previously. Never apologized , had a terrible attitude about the whole thing.Also plaza tire did not possess the technology to fix it either. I understand that things happen, and I also know how to fix the problem, but certainly don’t trust these guys to do it. It’s not that big of a deal other than the managers bad attitude.i would not recommend this business as there are plenty of other shops to spend your hard earned mon

The Everhart Team left their Tire and Wheel business in good hands. Plaza Tire Service was prompt in dealing with my tire issue and rotated the new tire into the three existing tires. They gave me a digital report on my phone as well as going over it with me before leaving the business. Felt confident they will take care of my tire business seamlessly from the Everhart Team. I blew 2 tires in the afternoon that are not a generic size 305/45R22.. I called plaza tire. They said they could have them in the morning so I had my truck towed there. Next morning I got the call and the tires were installed and ready to go.. Excellent service!!! Terry

From the moment you walk in to Plaza until the service is completed, the staff treats you in a caring manner. I had initially thought that I was in need of only new tires, but through inspection WITH backup photo show me, I was also needing new brake pads, front wheel alignment and wiper blades. The front desk personnel and technicians are highly skilled and knowledgeable and I always leave after completed service that my car received knowing that the job was completed in a caring and professional manner.
