Really great customer service! I can get in and out in under an hour, and they never pressure you into extra services. They just let you know what’s needed and give you their prices upfront. Highly recommend.
Very professional and timely service. Reasonable prices. Completed fluid check and completed needed fluid exchanges and oil change as well as replaced 2 tires that needed replaced. Highly recommend these gentlemen!
Al Archer does an awesome job. He is very respectful, nice, and knowledgeable. He informed me of the job he did on my car which is a great thing to me.
Had a very Pleasant experience and easy purchase. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable!!!! Would definitely recommend having your vehicle serviced at this location!!!! Dustin was absolutely awesome!!!!
My daughter had a flat tire in Ironton using my car to visit. As I was calling AAA, I noticed the Plaza Tire store just 2 blocks over. I called and Dustin, even though he was closing in 30 minutes, said bring the car in. He had a new tire installed quickly and she and her husband were on their way. Karma was on our side! And Dustin!!
