has had my car for 6 months, refuses to answer the phone, and when we are given a date to have my car back, he doesn’t answer the phone for the days following up. has multiple excuses as to why it’s not finished, and refuses to give us further information. do not recommend.
Great price love the shop
This is the only place I have ever taken my vehicles to. Very friendly environment and always does an outstanding job. I am getting ready to have a transmission replaced in my Denali and I know for sure he is the mechanic that will get the job done and done right. He is the best of the best. Marcia Doyle
Took my car to Pratt and was very impressed with the way not just I was treated but he fixed my car and charged an extremely reasonable fee…I won’t take any vehicles I own to anyone else for stuff like inspections or repairs, Pratt is the absolute BEST!!! And now my car runs GREAT!!!
Down home kind of place, his shop is actually at his residence, things can take a little while sometimes, but he always takes care to make sure everything is done right.
