Plaza Tire Service

Shane did an amazing job helping me today. I purchased new tires, and he went over the deals they are offering and helped me pick which tires I would need and at a great price. He was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Wonderful customer service and the team did a great job with my car!

went to the one in Jackson Mo to have 2 tires put on and discovered a third was bad and seriously needed replaced but couldn't afford a third. they took pity and gave me a deal on the third that made it affordable to get it replaced. I'm so appreciative for thier kindness. I have 2 small kids and cant afford to be stuck on the side of the road in this cold. Will recommend yall to all my family and friends.

A relative from out of town had tire issues. I was thankful that Plaza Tower had the older tire model that his vehicle needed. The sales clerk and mechanic worked with us to meet our needs. I was very appreciative. The tire replacements took longer than we were told but again,, thankful that Plaza Tire had what we needed. I especially appreciate the mechanic who I felt went above and beyond.

Made an appointment for 10:00AM online. My husband took our car in at 9:50AM and they said it’d be over an hour before they would be able to start. What is the point in having an appointment if they don’t stick to the time? So he had to wait over an hour plus the time it took for the service. Would not recommend at all.

This is a very nice place to get your tires done at! They were very nice and to the point on what I needed on my car and then helped me through the silly questions I had on applying for the credit card there.
