The staff was super friendly and they even came to pick up my car from work so that I could get my tires changed before they closed since I didn’t get off until later. They also brought it back. I appreciate the customer service tremendously!

I got 4 tires installed and balanced for 185 dollars. The tires were not balanced correctly and when i brought it back to get them rebalanced i was told to bring it back in 3 days. I took it to a different shop and had to spend even more money to get this corrected. The other shop told me there was too much weight on the wheels, which made them out of balance. Your employees need to be trained better and need to resolve the issues created by your shop alot more quickly than 3 days.

Let me start off by saying all the staff except the store manager are the most amazing and nicest people you could find. The new store manager is super unprofessional and rude. Ive been a customer for 14 years at this specific tire plaza and have never ever had any issues with getting any service from them. The new store manager denied putting the brand new tires i brought in to be put onto my rims because they werent bought from them and were bought online. For the last 14 years ive done that same thing buy online because they are cheaper and take them into tire plaza to have them mounted ect.. never had an issue in 14 years until this new store manager.
