This auto shop went above and beyond to help my wife and mother-in-law who broke down while traveling to Illinois. It was a Monday morning and they had a busy schedule, but I explained that my family was stuck and needed to get home. They showed empathy and said they would squeeze us in on the schedule. The battery kept dying and we suspected in was the alternator. We towed it to the shop and they quickly confirmed it was the alternator. Thankfully the part was in-town and they were able to get it fixed in a matter of hours and get my family back on the road! Their communication was great throughout the process. Genuinely nice people! The price was very reasonable and to top it all off they even delivered the vehicle to my family who was stuck at a hotel because there were no Ubers to get

Had Ryan check over car for a pre-purchase inspection from a car I was interested in from Pearl Motor Company. Got the work done in reasonable time and even though the work was billed based on time spent he was reasonable and did not take advantage of the situation. I will update this review if the car turns out to have major issues shortly after purchase ;).

Called on a day with 8 inches snow on vehicle answered promptly an courtesy gave a good price for the job refered a good towing company called them prompt on getting truck out to his shop kept me updated on progress found another issue that needed fixed asked him to fix work was nicely done . Very polite an curious went above standards to help will be goin back for services

Amazing shop. They were able to get my def tank empty and refilled. They were the 3rd shop I called to try to find someone who does it. I will be going to them for all my truck needs from now on.
