Scam artists. Absolute scumbags. Stay AWAY! This is a classic bait-and-switch dealership run by crooks. Over the phone and on their website they act all nice and say “no add-ons are mandatory, everything is optional”. As soon as you show up — boom — they slap $5,000+ worth of garbage on the price: overpriced paint protection, “anti-theft device”, ridiculous registration fees, etc. They lie straight to your face about the car. Told me (and wrote on their site) “no accidents, clean history”. Carfax shows TWO serious accidents. Yeah, it was “repaired”, but the front bumper cover was cracked, there were small dents on the doors, and NONE of the doors or trunk opened with the key — only the driver door worked. And that’s that I noticed immediately. That’s not “repaired”, that’s hidden damage.

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for such a great experience at your dealership. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, honesty, and respect, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across a team that truly puts the customer first, and I really appreciated the transparency and effort you showed. It took a few days before I got a response after I submitted a request for a price quote on their website but Brian finally reached out. This is probably because of all the people trying to get the tax credit before it ends. When we got there, there were more people at the dealership than I expected for a Wednesday afternoon. Bought a Bolt EV. Brian was awesome, he was able to get the terms I was looking for and handled the whole transaction before I even arrived at the dealership. The experience was painless. Arrived at the dealership, the car was super clean and he even had the A/C running for us when we arrived since it was a hot day. I came in prepared to barter and potentially speak to a manger due to past experiences. The customer service here exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped on the lot Izzy introduced himself and answered all of my questions. He is personable and honest. Carlos stepped in for the second part and answered every single question I had. He was patient and waited for me to read the forms and had answers for nearly everything. His honesty and integrity stood out in moments where he needed to go on a deep dive to get an answer. I will come back and I recommend this dealership. I drove out from Garden Grove, worth the drive. I had a great experience purchasing my Range Rover from this dealership. But what truly sets them apart is their integrity: nearly two months after the purchase, I received a letter from the company’s management along with a $1,000 check due to an overpayment they discovered with the DMV.
